We accept returns on rings, bracelets, and necklaces for any reason, as long as items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
Earrings (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return Timeframe
Customers must request a return within a reasonable period after receiving their order. Once approved, items must be returned promptly.
Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels
