Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on rings, bracelets, and necklaces for any reason, as long as items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.


Earrings (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


Return Timeframe

Customers must request a return within a reasonable period after receiving their order. Once approved, items must be returned promptly.


Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged

  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 3–5 working days

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@everlume.co.uk with your order details and photos.

In these cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs

  • You will be offered a replacement or full refund


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings (unless faulty or damaged)

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned without approval


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order.
