Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on rings, bracelets, and necklaces for any reason, provided items are returned in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged

If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will cover return costs and offer a replacement or refund.

EverlumeX is not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse of products. All jewellery is worn at the customer’s own discretion.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
