Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


UK Shipping

We offer two UK delivery options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 3–5 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 2–4 working days

All UK orders include tracking information.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 10 working days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and order value. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time.

If an order qualified for free shipping and is later returned, the original shipping cost we covered may be deducted from the refund.
